In a bid to intensify the fight against climate change, URA has championed efforts to adopt good environmental practices like; promotion of tree plantations, encouragement of ago-forestry practices, and training staff on environmental protection mechanisms.
Aside of tax education URA will collaborate with other government agencies to push for the restoration of the damaged environmental system.
Although Article 39 of the constitution provides for a clean and healthy environment for all, this implies that everyone must know what is required of them to attain that provision for all Ugandans to utilize resources more efficiently without harming the environment.
