URA gives facelift to Kasangati office

Dismas Nuwaine

In a bid to extend services closer to taxpayers , URA has acquired new office space in Kasangati.

Tucked away within the blocky Mutasa House, the new office, which is being renovated will serve as a modern, well-equipped hub where citizens and businesses can easily access URA services.

The office is undergoing an extensive makeover. Its walls, once plain and tired, are now more lively than ever, the windows, once pale, and uninspiring, are now refreshed with a URA brand coating. The visual identity is breathing new life into the enclosure, giving the space a fresh, compelling, bold modern look.

The facelift isn’t just about aesthetics; it’s a clear signal that URA is committed to providing a better customer experience.

The transformation of this Kasangati office is just the beginning of URA’s broader mission to revitalize its image across the country. URA plans to brand all its offices within Uganda’s single customs territory, spanning the Eastern, Northern, and Central regions.
