URA LAUNCHES DIGITAL TV STUDIO – A RESOURCE FOR TAXPAYER EDUCATION

URA kick started the commemoration of the URA@30 celebrations by launching a newly refurbished URA DRIFT studio. Beaming with pride, the Commissioner General said that with the studio, URA can work to raise the revenue by UGX 5 Trillion instead of the current UGX 3 Trillion.

“We should surprise everybody. Let us make optimal utilization of these resources. We are expected to grow our revenue by UGX 3.1 Trillion Let push it to UGX 5 Trillion on our own innovation and advance the agenda of building a developed Uganda where all the citizens are happy to belong,” he said.

URA SENIOR MANAGEMENT ON SET IN THE URA STUDIO

URA TV is a digital communication avenue that offers tax education to the ever growing internet savvy Ugandans in real time at a minimal cost by way of our social media platforms with YouTube and Facebook as the driving platforms of choice.
The URA DRIFT Studio was established with partnership funding from the European Union to facilitate production of a vast array of the URA TV programs for purposes of educating and informing taxpayers.

Rytter Muzira

Rytter serves as the Team Lead for Public Relations and Communication in the Office of the Commissioner General at the Uganda Revenue Authority. Her responsibilities encompass overseeing media and stakeholder relations, brand marketing, and digital media strategies. Her role is integral to maintaining the organization’s reputation and establishing fruitful connections with key stakeholders.
